Pecorino from PDO Tuscany Area



The majesty Pecorino Toscano DOP is produced with sheep's milk from grazing lands of the Italian region Tuscany and the bordering area included in the procedural guideline. 

 

Rich of tradition its famous all over the world for its fresh and pleasant taste. The thin light-brown rind protects its mild taste of milk.

 

This fabulous cheese is suitable as antipasti with some honey, jam and caramelized  fruit as well as complement for extravagant salads with good Italian olive oil extra virgin. Serve it with Tuscan white wine.
