The majesty Pecorino Toscano DOP is produced with sheep's milk from grazing lands of the Italian region Tuscany and the bordering area included in the procedural guideline.
The ripening of the cheese turn the light taste of milk into intensive and spicy flavor. A real masterpiece of qualified cheese production.
Enjoy its special taste pure in an antipasti with fruits, honey and jam or in some tasty salad or even grated in a dish of pasta or rice. The best complement of this cheese is a good Tuscan red wine like a Chianti Classico, a Morellino di Scansano or a Brunello di Montalcino.
