The cheese factory Caseificio Maremma is born in 1966 in Maremma, an area of the Tuscany. The founder Fortunato Spadi is managing today the company with his family. The building, that is situated in the industrial area of Follonica, owns 4.000 m2 of area where modernity, innovated technology and tradition is united for the production of traditional and new cheeses and the satisfaction of the international market.
