The mild taste of sheep's milk is combined with the intensive gentile taste of walnuts. The thin brown rind protects the friable soft interior.
It's the perfect cheese for a traditional cheese board but also a special ingredient in fresh salads or stuffing for ravioli. Serve it with some red wine.
