Made from a blend of sheep's and cow's milk this cheese has a delicate fresh taste and a perfect balance between texture and sapidity. Its thin inedible rind gives way to a white, friable interior with tiny eyes and a delicate aroma of fresh milk.
Il Maremmano makes a perfect addition to Tuscan cured meats and salads but it is also perfect for cooking or as topping on pasta.
Delicious as snack with fresh fruit and sparkling white wine.
