Vegetarian mixed cheese
The vegetarian Caciotta is produced with microbial rennet and a blend of cow's and sheep's milk and has an elastic structure with small eyes. The soft taste of fresh milk gives it a special aroma.
The light cheese offers the same characteristics than the traditional Caciotta like the handmade production and the traditional ripening on wooden planks.
Enjoy it as a stuffing for vol-au-vent or salted cakes or use it for preparing a delicious lasagna.
