This beautiful wedding cake has been created with 4 different types of cheeses:
- The base of the cake is our aged, black colored pecorino L'Etrusco with a delicious taste of nuts
- In the middle you can find the Caciotta Toscana, colored brown, a cheese made with milk from sheep's and cow's milk. A light cheese with a soft milky taste.
- The top of the cake is a pecorino with sparkles of green pistachio, with a delicious taste of light milky cheese and aromatic pistachio nuts.
- On the cake you can find a hot decoration: lovely hearts made of pecorino with flocks of hot chili pepper, that gives the cake a touch of color and a spicy taste.
